Twice baked pumpkin soufflé, nut brown sage butter, pecorino and pumpkin seed crumb (V)

Main course 
Slow roast shoulder & leg of Sandy Lane Farm, 
beetroot, mint, Norton & Yarrow goat curd & hazelnut salad,
Dauphinoise potato & a mix of cavolo nero, spinach & chard
