The farmers.

Pigs

We have two Gloucester Old Spot / Saddleback cross sows and a boar. Our Pork is not registered organic but fed on left over organic veg.
Very tasty sausages, chops, roasts and bacon. They go outside when they are big enough & the weather's good. When they're inside they're in a lean-to barn and have plenty of room.

Sheep

We have a flock of 80 suffolk sheep. Our lamb is not registered organic. We do chops, legs (whole/half), mince and do 1/2 or whole lamb boxes.

Horses

We have a number of horses on livery. We also have an all-weather menage and hay / straw.
